You can report a disruption via our Hypernode Emergency Service online form. An additional fee may apply. Our response time is based on reasonable effort.

Request emergency support

  1. Fill in the form. Please be specific, the more our HERO (Hypernode Emergency Request Operative) knows, the easier it is to solve the issue. If the information you supplied is not sufficient, we may ask you to file a new request.
  2. When you click the ‘Submit emergency’ button, an alert is sent to the HERO. Please be aware that there’s a fee for using this service.
  3. The HERO confirms receiving the request and will start troubleshooting.
  4. If needed, the HERO will get in touch via email.
  5. You will be notified when the issue has been resolved.
  6. If you need to pay a fee for the use of the Hypernode Emergency Service, our Support will reach out on the next business day. You will immediately receive an invoice.
